Objects of the type ”Component” represent the main parts of the model or cycle resp..

Components have several input and output connection points (ports).

Each port has a ”Fluid Type”.

Components have several specification values, which can be modified allowing you to adjust them to your special needs.

Currently,  there are 171 different types of components, sub-classified  into 18 categories.

Some components are assigned to several categories.
