    Gas Turbine


    Documentation of the input data as well as the output data of the gas turbine.

    The gas turbine can either be modelled via the GT-Macro (component 40) or from individual components. When modeling with individual components, the combustion zone of the gas turbine as well as the generator must be specified.

     

    The data of the gas turbine are defined as:

    • the data on the air line at the inlet of the compressor.
    • the data on the fuel line at the GT-inlet.
    • flue gas at the outlet of the turbine.
    • the mechanical power at the outlet of the turbine.
    • the electrical power produced by the generator.
    • the material composition on the last flue gas line (in volume %).

     

    Depending upon the configuration the number of lines in the documentation of the data on the lines can change and hence also the appearance of the report.

    Generate sub-report 

    • Select one or more components in the model.
      Caution: Pay attention to the type of the gas turbine as well as the sequence of the selection.
    • Call the dialog box "Modifying Sub-Reports".
    • Select the sub-report "Gas Turbine" and import it in the list of the sub-reports.
    • Enter an extra title, if needed.
    • Select the sub-report for the gas turbine and thereafter click on the button "Modify" or else double-click the sub-report for the gas turbine.
      The dialog box "Edit Sub-Report" opens.
    • A click on the button "Insert (Sel.)" inserts the components selected earlier in the cycle in the list of the components of the sub-report.
    • Close the dialog box for the list of the components through the button "Close".
    • Close the dialog box for modifying the sub-protocol through the button "Close".

     

    The components selected earlier are inserted in the sub-report in the order, in which they were selected.
