There are two functions in the menu for creating a report.
The report is generated as per the specifications in the list from the actual design values as well as the process data, when one of the two report functions is called, and the selected file is written on the hard disk.
By calling the function Create Report (partial print)... the report is generated as per the set printer states of the main groups or the sub-reports respectively.
By calling the function Create Report (complete print)... always the complete report is generated.
If still no report has been generated for the model, then a directory must be selected as well as a file name must be entered. The current directory together with the name of the model is suggested as default. In this case, the extension of the model file (.ebs) is replaced by the extension of the format of the report file (.rtf).
If a report has already been generated for the model, then the file last used is suggested. Naturally, a different name can also be entered for the file.
If this file is not available, then it is created. An available file is overwritten. Always, an RTF-file (Rich Text Format) is created.
